From my years of experience as a real estate broker, I’ve found that most sellers need answers to 6 questions to determine which realtor will be right for them:
  • How much will my home sell for?
  • How long will it take to sell my home?
  • How do you market my home differently than other realtors?
  • What do you do to keep my stress to a minimum?
  • How much money will I walk away with (after all commissions, expenses and paying off the mortgage) when I sell my home?
  • Will I be comfortable and trust this person as my advisor?

Everything I do is geared towards getting you the most money with the least amount of stress. If you give me the opportunity to earn your business, I believe you’ll have very clear answers to the first five questions. The 6th question, which only you can answer, is the most important factor in the realtor you choose to represent you.
