We offer you guidance, but every decision is yours, including how much to offer on a particular home. After all, in the end, you’re the one who lives in the house you buy, not us. Getting Started Before you’ve come to us, you’ve probably already looked at a few homes. We’ll meet with you and discuss your needs.
You’ll need to get pre-approved by a lender to make an offer on a property, as well as see what amount you’re comfortable borrowing. We can help you find a lender that fits your needs.
We’ll set you up on an automatic search, so you’ll see all homes that meet your criteria right when they come on the mls. Then we’ll set up a time to go out and see a few homes. Usually it’s best to see no more than 4-6 homes at a time. Our home tours are always free, with no obligation to buy.
Once you’ve decided to make an offer, Sidewalk Homes will run comps for you so that you are armed with the best information available before you decide how much you’ll offer. We’ll work with you every step of the way, helping through the inspection process and negotiating any concessions. Some Restrictions Apply:
